Application fields of adhesives and sealants

Adhesives and sealants are classified according to the formula, including organic or inorganic; Acrylic, polyurethane and silicone; Moisture curing, heat curing and UV curing and so on. They can be bonded to a wide range of substrates, such as ceramics, metals, glass and plastics, without mechanical fixation.

Adhesives and sealants solutions offer products in a variety of viscosities and curing systems, in raw materials (surfactants, oxidizing solvents, rheological modifiers, additives, etc.) or fully formulated products to meet various process needs in many industries. These solutions are used in a wide variety of markets:

Automotive -- provides durable bonding, sealing and gasket; Helps prevent component failures, reduce costly warranty repairs, and improve driving comfort

Aerospace, Defense and avionics -- Provides reliable, durable solutions over a wide range of temperatures and harsh environments, effective bonding to a variety of substrates, and lightweight solutions

Building and Construction -- Provides durable and flexible solutions in glass installation, building curtain wall and fire protection applications

Electronics and advanced components -- provide solutions for mechanical stress and vibration damping over a wide range of temperatures, improving product reliability

Lighting -- helps prevent environmental shock and moisture to ensure the structural integrity of LED lights; Provide a secure foundation for sub-components and large assemblies

Industrial -- Improves performance and surface wettability while meeting volatile organic compound (VOC) requirements

Packaging - Improve the adhesion of shell and carton packaging, labels and tape; Extend shelf life and improve the recyclability of flexible food packaging

Films, special tapes and labels -- High performance pressure sensitive adhesives for masking tapes, adhesive tapes and protective films used in applications including electrical and electronic devices, construction, automotive and aerospace
