seal

Silicone: A class of multifunctional sealants with a wide operating temperature range. One-part silicone moisture cures to a tough solid and is an excellent general purpose sealant. It has good weather resistance, abrasion resistance, moisture resistance and ozone resistance. Silicone sealants are generally easy to extrude and easy to handle.

Polyurethane type: Polyurethane sealants are mostly one-component, good adhesion and extensibility. It is a non-corrosive and flexible product, can bond many substrates, still has good performance in a wide temperature range, and is resistant to most chemicals and various climatic environments.

Acrylic: Acrylic sealants bond well to most surfaces and are malleable when exposed to UV light or other conditions. General purpose, used in many outdoor installations. Can be coated after curing.

potting

UV Curable: 1-part or 2-part, 100% solids. Fully cured within 10-20 seconds upon exposure to UV or visible light. Fast curing speed can improve production efficiency.

Polyurethane type: one-component or two-component, has good bonding properties to most materials, and is resistant to abrasion. Good electrical properties, with high drop strength. Very good low temperature flexibility with high operating temperature.

Silicone type: one-component or two-component, can be 100% solid, very user-friendly. It has high purity, low toxicity and excellent weatherability. A wide range of operating temperatures allows for products with the best thermal cycling performance.

Epoxy resin type: one-component or two-component, has good adhesion properties to most substrates, and is resistant to chemicals. It has very good electrical properties, and there is basically no volatile release during curing.

conformal coating

UV Curing Type: Most of the above chemical types can be UV cured. Solvent-free products cure in seconds under UV/visible light. In addition to acrylic, polyurethane, and silicone-based UV-curable Conformal Coatings, there are also epoxy-based and acrylic-modified polyurethane-based UV-curable Conformal Coatings.

Silicone Type: Highest flexibility, high resistance to moisture and fungi. Features chemical resistance and easy rework. It has very good electrical properties and can also have good thermal properties. Solvent-free silicone coatings can be heat or moisture cured.

Polyurethane type: has good moisture resistance, chemical resistance, and very good electrical conductivity. Most one-component polyurethane coatings require careful application and tight control of the coating and curing environment. The polyurethane coating is solderable, components can be removed with a soldering iron, and rework is easier.

Acrylic type: easy to use, it will be dry in ten minutes at room temperature. It has good electrical and physical properties, and is resistant to fungi. Low or no heat release during curing, which can protect heat-sensitive components from damage and easy repair.

Adhesive

UV Curing Adhesives: One-component, solvent-free, UV and visible light curing adhesives can be used for bonding, coating, potting, sealing. Cures within seconds of exposure to UV light or visible light.

Silicone: one-component silicone adhesive (sealant), which forms a tough solid by moisture curing, and has good weather resistance, abrasion resistance, moisture resistance and chemical resistance.

Polyurethane-based adhesives: one- or two-component, good adhesion to thermoplastic and thermosetting plastics with slight surface treatment. Has good flexibility and durability. There are three curing methods: catalytic curing, thermal curing, and evaporation of solvent curing. Generally cures slowly.

Hot Melt Adhesive: A thermoplastic material that, when melted in sizing equipment, wets the surface of the substrate and solidifies upon cooling to form a bond. Fast curing, not a true structural adhesive, but will bond a wide range of substrates.

Epoxy glue: can be one-component or two-component, heat and room temperature curing. It has high bonding strength to most substrates, sometimes even exceeding the strength of the substrate itself. Epoxy resins are very hard, chemical and weather resistant. Can be designed as thermal and conductive epoxy adhesive.

Instant Adhesive: One-component adhesive that cures instantly upon contact with a metal surface. Most substrates have good adhesion and high strength. Available in varying viscosities, cure speeds, void-filling capabilities and surface compatibility.

Anaerobic Adhesives: One-part adhesives/sealants that cure only in the absence of air. Used for thread locking, cylinder holding, pipe thread sealing, flat sealing, etc.

Acrylic Adhesive: A structural adhesive with a broad range of bonds including most types of plastics, lightly prepared and untreated metals. It can be divided into two-component catalytic curing, one-component UV curing or thermal curing. Good to very good flexibility, weather resistance, fast cure.
